ORDERING INFORMATION
Ordering from Tadpole can be done via the Internet, by phone, or at the store. You can also create a Gift Registry for your special occasion. For details on how we can assist you with all your ordering or registry needs e-mail us at Info@ShopTadpole.com. In-store and online prices may vary.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All Tadpole packages are shipped UPS ground and should be delivered within 5-9 days. Express shipping is not currently available. Tadpole does not ship outside the Continental U.S. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please e-mail Info@ShopTadpole.com for handling charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number or shipments will not be accepted. Return requests must be made within 14 days for store credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping fees). Merchandise and packaging must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the packing slip. Returns or exchanges on orders that received free shipping are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Special orders and sale items are non-refundable. All furniture sales are final sale; damaged, defective, or missing furniture pieces will be replaced. All Bugaboo Stroller sales are final; damaged merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer''s warranty. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to the card. Please allow at least one billing cycle for credit to appear on your statement.

To request an RMA, send an e-mail to Info@ShopTadpole.com with your name, address, invoice number, item you are returning, and why you are returning it. An RMA will be sent to you within 48 hours.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
