ORDERING INFORMATION
Ordering from Tadpole can be done via the Internet, by phone, or at the store. You can also create a Gift Registry for your special occasion. For details on how we can assist you with all your ordering or registry needs e-mail us at Info@ShopTadpole.com . In-store and online prices may vary. We offer a points program and registry bonus. Sale items cannot count toward points accrual or registry bonus. Other restrictions may apply, see store for full details.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All Tadpole packages are shipped with FedEx ground or via the United States Post Office. Express shipping is not currently available. Tadpole does not ship outside the Continental U.S. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please e-mail Info@ShopTadpole.com for handling charges and timing.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number or shipments will not be accepted. Return requests must be made within 7 days for store credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping fees). Merchandise and packaging must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the packing slip. Damaged packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special orders and sale items are non-refundable. All furniture sales are final sale; damaged, defective, or missing furniture pieces will be replaced. All stroller sales are final; damaged merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Orders that qualify for free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to the card. Please allow at least one billing cycle for credit to appear on your statement.
To request an RMA, send an e-mail to Info@ShopTadpole.com with your name, address, invoice number, item you are returning, and why you are returning it. An RMA will be sent to you within 48 hours.
