The washable cover creates a breathable space under the baby which improves temperature regulation and allows the baby to breathe right through the surface if necessary. No flame retardants whatsoever or other questionable materials.

The breathable cover features a soft organic cotton surface and a 3-dimensional polyester lattice structure that allows air to flow through the fabric and under the baby for 360° air circulation. Since air is able to pass freely through the cover’s 3D structure, babies can breathe right through it.

The Organic Breathable Ultra 2-Stage follows CPSC and pediatrician recommendations for firm support and a snug fit so your baby gets the firm, flat surface that's recommended for safer sleep. It also features strong edges to help prevent limbs from getting caught between the mattress and the crib while providing that extra edge support for toddlers who like to jump!

Please check dimensions with your crib before purchasing. All full size cribs in the United States are a standard size. As long as you have a standard crib (roughly 52" x 28"), Naturepedic crib mattresses should fit.
