The airport is the best part of a trip—said no mom ever.

We've all been there—fumbling over luggage at check-in. Enter into field, a baby, along with baby gear, and it's just a matter of time until the parents lose it. As baby gear experts, we're here to talk about baby gear that will make your travel adventures a little easier. As more people are traveling with their little ones again we're seeing a lot of people ask an important question "What are the best strollers to travel with in 2022?" Sifting through the internet trying to figure out what stroller will work for your specific needs can be an exhausting and tedious task that can leave you overwhelmed and unsure. Here at Tadpole we understand that, and that's why we've compiled this list of some of our favorite travel strollers that will make your 2022 travels with kids a little easier to navigate, literally. Whether visiting family or simply taking a much needed vacation, we've got you covered.

For Our UppaBaby Fans

UppaBaby is a well beloved company in the baby gear world, and for good reason! With a myriad of awesome products, fantastic customer service, and intuitive practical designs it's no surprise their travel stroller, The UppaBaby Minu, made our list. With it's one hand compact fold, handy accessories, and comparatively cheap price point it's a great option for anyone who already has any UppaBaby gear. Below are just some of the reasons we love the Minu!

- Adapters available for many infant car seats including the Mesa, Nuna Pipa RX, Maxi Cosi, and Cybex

- Comes with a handy over-the-shoulder strap for hands free carrying

- Fits in most overhead bins at 11.5in x 20.5in x 23in folded down (we always recommend double checking with your airline before you fly!)

- A True Weight of 14.8lbs

- 3 year warranty

A Classic: BABYZEN YoYo2

The BabyZen YoYo2 is a tried and true travel stroller option. With an incredibly compact fold (certified to fit in any overhead bin), an array of awesome color options, and the lightest weight of any stroller on this list we think it's a great option, especially if you are flying! Some things to be aware of with this stroller are that it is a two hands two step fold, it is a little harder to assemble, and is definitely on the more expensive side. However, the benefits mentioned above along with its incredible quality and its extensive list of accessories, that includes both a boogie board and a bassinet, make it 100% worth it to many people, including us! Some quick high points are below

- Frame comes in Black or White,

- Fabric colors include Peppermint, Ginger, Taupe, Black, Red, Grey, Aqua, and Air France

- Car seat adapters for multiple infant car seat brands

- Weight is 13.6 lbs  (6+ color pack option)

- Holds children weighing up to 50lbs

The Newcomer: The Nuna Trvl

Nuna's new lightweight compact travel stroller—The Trvl— is self folding (!!!!) and stands on its own making it an awesome pick for any parent who feels like they definitely have their hands full. It is also a great option for those who already have a Nuna Pipa and don't like having to carry around any extra adapters as it clicks right into the strollers no adapters needed. Some downsides to this stroller are that there are not really any accessories yet (car seat adapters for a different brand of car seat, bassinet, etc.), only two color options, and you have to remove the handlebar to potentially fit it in an overhead bin. However, we still love this stroller for all its other great features including a one hand recline, UPF 50 sunshade, and adjustable calf rest. Some other highlights are listed below

- Included carry back-pack

- 5 point harness with quick release

- 2 year warranty

- 13.6 lbs without arm bar

- Easy assembly
